Important Notes Regarding Comprehensive Insurance
1. In the event of an accident with no other party involved:
The comprehensive insurance fee is non-refundable upon Agreement closure.
2. In the event of an accident where the customer is 100% at fault:
The customer is entitled to comprehensive insurance coverage, provided that two parties are involved in the accident.
3. In the event of an accident where the customer is 0% at fault:
The customer is entitled to comprehensive insurance coverage, provided that two parties are involved in the accident.
4. In the event of severe vehicle damage or a collision with a fixed object:
Comprehensive insurance does not cover damages resulting from negligence or misuse. The customer shall bear the cost of the damages in accordance with the terms and conditions.
5. In the event of a hit-and-run accident with available information:
The customer is entitled to comprehensive insurance coverage, provided that sufficient information is available.
6. In the event of a hit-and-run accident without any information:
The customer is not entitled to comprehensive insurance coverage and must pay either the deductible amount or the cost of the damages as assessed, whichever is lower.
7. In the absence of a Najm report or an approved traffic accident report:
Comprehensive insurance coverage shall not apply, and the customer shall bear the vehicle repair costs according to the approved technical assessment report.
Note: To benefit from insurance coverage, a Najm report or an approved traffic accident report must be submitted, depending on the type of accident.
