All Rento cars are insured with passenger liability protection, third-party property damage, and unlimited third-party injury according to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy. Specify whether the insurance is comprehensive or third-party and the deductible in case of accidents.

• Select the pick-up branch and return branch if different by clicking the different return branch box, or the same location box for the same place.
• Choose the pick-up and return time, with a minimum of one-day rental. Note that AM is morning and PM is evening.
• Select the desired car from the available options.
• Read and proceed or similar, and click Continue.
• Choose additional options as desired.
• Review the booking details completely and click Agree.
• Read the terms and conditions carefully and click Agree.
• Choose the payment method and complete the transaction.
• Your booking will be confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation message with the booking number.

14. I made a booking and the staff asked me for an additional deposit different from what was paid online.
An additional deposit may be required for the car and varies from car to car. Rest assured that your rights are protected.

22. When can I cancel a booking and get a refund for online payment?
Booking can be canceled at least 24 hours before the pick-up time for a full refund. If canceled less than 24 hours before pick-up, one day’s rental fee will be deducted, and the rest refunded. Cancellation can be done through the website, and the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

24. Is a replacement car provided in case of a breakdown?
Our Maintenance team may quickly repair the car, and if it requires workshop entry, a replacement will be provided to the customer.
